Why do I always seem to be in the wrong place
At the wrong time?
Why do I stare into space
And think of a time when you were mine?
Why can't I ever feel that I belong?
Why did I throw our love away?
How can I always be so wrong
And what will it take for me to find my way?
Every time I close my eyes
I see your face
Every time I see the stars up in the sky
My heart soars with yours thru time and space
My love for you will never end as long as there's a night and day
Forever, you'll be in my heart and soul, if only as a memory
I pray each day that somehow we'll meet again along the way
