RHYMIN'
I'm a gal that likes to rhyme,
And rhymin' I can do sometime.
There're times I'm a rhymin fool
That's when I feel really cool.
But other times It just won't work
And then I feel like such a jerk.
The words just sound so very bad
And instead of funny they come out sad.
I like my pages to be pretty.
That makes up for a poem that's shi**y.
I wish I could be smart and witty
And write a terrific little ditty.
But mostly I end up being silly
And writing stuff that's willy nilly.
But... I do the very best I can
And what you get is all I am.
I ain't never gonna change the world
I'm just a plain and simple girl
But I sure do love to do some rhymin'
While in this life I put my time in.
Thank God for friends, mine's the best,
They go along with all my quests.
Some folks I know would say I'm really nuts
Well... my friends would kick their butts :)
They are loyal and true, and not just a few.
I know they love me and they're prejudiced too.
They follow my pages whether funny or blue
And always encourage what ever I do.
They laugh when I'm goofy and cry when I'm sad
And never make fun of me whenever I'm bad.
I hope they all know my love can't be stronger
But I'm all outta words and can't rhyme any longer.
