Way Back In '98
There was a time
I really thought that I was great
I felt I could do most anything
It didn't matter my years were getting late.
I remember one August day
Way back in '98
Who could have guessed
That day would change my fate.
I used to be so quiet and conservative
So refined and debonair
Until that day I hopped upon a bike
And went flying through the air.
I have no idea where it came from
But there in front of me sat a big wood shed.
YEP! You guessed it...
This old lady hit it with her head.

It sure caused quite a commotion
Scared the daylights outta me.
The doctors said I'd surely die
And that scared my family.
But the Good Lord didn't want me yet
And the devil? Well he's scared of me somehow!
So they sewed me up and sent me back
And now you all know why...
This lady's just a "little bit nutty" now.
Will I go gently into the night? Not on your life.
I may have changed alot since that day
I'm not so conservative and quiet anymore
But I'm havin' lots of fun and still doing it my way!

But just to be safe.......
Does anyone wanna buy a used bike?

What'cha think? Wanna go rollerskating with me?
